Team Connecticut Weightlifting Club was established in 1996 by 2003 & 2013 World Masters Weightlifting Champion and record holder Gary Valentine, M.A., CSCS*D, USAW Level 2 National Coach, Level 1 and Level 2 Advanced Coach Course Instructor.
