  • Weighin 9:30 – 10:30am
  • Lift 11:30am – 1:30pm.
• Men’s Session 1 (55 – 81kg, 89 – 102B)
  • Weighin 11:30 am-12:30
  • Lift 1:30 pm – 4:00pm
• Men’s Session 2 (89 – 109+kg)
  • Weighin 2:00 – 3:00pm
  • Lift 4:00 – 7:00pm
